About
Most energy projects are split in two. A manufacturer who never sees the site builds the hardware; an installer who never sees the factory fits it. When the system underperforms, those two companies explain each other. AmpereArc does both halves, so there is nobody to point at.
Why it matters
Not because either party is careless, but because the gap has no owner. Specification drifts on its way to site. A commissioning problem gets diagnosed by whoever is standing there. Nobody has both halves of the picture.
The engineer who set the voltage limits on a battery management board is on the same team as the engineer standing at the isolator on handover day. Design decisions meet site reality inside one company, and what is learned on site goes back into the next build rather than into an email chain between two suppliers.
There is no argument about whether it is the hardware or the installation, because both are ours. You raise it once, with the serial number, and it is our problem from that moment. Our plant and the team that commissioned your system answer to the same company, so a warranty question does not become a negotiation between a supplier and an installer.
Every unit we build is entered into a registry that holds its status, who fitted it, who owns it and what has happened to it since. Years later that record still answers the question, which matters far more than anything we could say about ourselves on this page.
Both halves
We build it
LiFePO4 packs for houses and for industrial sites, the pole-mount battery for places with no floor space, hybrid inverters, panel boards drawn for one building, and the charging and metering that go around them. Assembled, configured, tested and serialised before dispatch.
We install it
Survey, design, grid application, supply, install, commission and monitor — plus the network and automation work that ends up on the same cable route. One containment run, one commissioning visit, one number to call afterwards.

Energy hardware is sold with a lot of adjectives. We would rather you could check ours.
Every number published here is the datasheet value for a named unit. Where a sentence and a datasheet disagree, the datasheet is right and the sentence is a mistake we want to hear about.
We do not publish certifications we have not been issued, client names we do not have permission to use, or installation counts we have not counted. Where a compliance document is needed for your specification, ask — we will tell you what applies to your unit, or tell you plainly that we do not hold it.
