Most commercial storage projects are assembled from a battery supplier, a switchgear supplier, an electrical contractor and a main contractor — and the programme goes in the gaps between them. We manufacture the cabinets, build the boards that connect them and hold the installation contract, so the survey, the design, the supply and the commissioning are all the same company's problem.

Industrial storage
An all-in-one air-cooled cabinet rather than a containerised build, which means it lands on a prepared base with a crane and a day rather than a civils programme. Multi-level fire protection and graded isolation interlocking are built in; a circular air duct keeps cell temperature even across the rack. Units parallel for capacity, grid-tied or off-grid.

Panel boards
Panel boards are the half of this business nobody photographs. They are also the reason a storage or charging project lands on programme: the board is usually the long-lead item and the one most likely to turn up not matching the drawing. We build ours, which means a change to the schedule is a conversation with the bench rather than a revised delivery date from a third party.
Ratings, enclosure type and busbar arrangement are set by your schedule rather than by a catalogue. Send it and we will confirm what we can assemble, and the lead time, before anything is priced.
How a project runs
An EPC programme is only as honest as its handovers. Every stage below produces something you can read, check and hold us to.
We walk the site, read the incoming supply and the existing switchgear, and where the load profile has never been logged we meter it. Sizing done against a bill instead of a half-hourly profile is guesswork with a decimal point on it.
Survey report and measured load profile
Capacity and power sized against the measured profile, single-line diagram, protection and discrimination, and a layout showing where cabinets, boards and containment physically go.
Single-line diagram, sizing model, layout drawings
The connection application to your distribution network operator, submitted with the design pack and managed through to a decision. It starts early because it is usually the longest lead item on the programme.
Submitted application and DNO correspondence
Cabinets, inverters and boards built here and scheduled against the programme. Because we manufacture rather than distribute, a slipped date is a conversation with our own shop.
Build schedule and confirmed delivery dates
Base and plinth, containment, cabling, termination, energisation. Sequenced around your operation where a shutdown is not something you can simply book.
Installed and energised plant
Charge and discharge strategy set against the tariff and the profile, protection proved, records written up, and your team walked through it. Monitoring and a support agreement are optional and priced separately.
Commissioning record, test results, O&M pack
Where it pays
Every one of these is arithmetic once your consumption is metered. We would rather show you the mechanism and then run the numbers on your profile than print a percentage that was true for somebody else's factory.
Discharge through the half-hours your tariff prices highest and recharge through the ones it does not. Once the profile is metered the saving is arithmetic: kilowatt-hours shifted multiplied by the gap between the two rates.
New EV chargers or new plant push a site past its agreed capacity. A battery that covers the peak can be quicker and cheaper than a reinforced connection — and it does not depend on a DNO's civils programme.
Store what the array makes beyond what the site is using, instead of exporting it at a fraction of what you buy back at four hours later.
The cabinet is off-grid capable, so nominated circuits ride through an outage. What a lost hour costs is a figure only you have; we size to it rather than guess at it.
Metered import, export, generation and stored energy, logged rather than estimated — which is the difference between a carbon figure you can publish and one you have to caveat.
