Do you work in occupied offices?+
Yes. Most of our commercial work is in live buildings. First fix and anything disruptive is scheduled out of hours, and we cut over floor by floor so nobody loses a full working day.
Can you take over a network somebody else installed?+
Usually. We start with an audit — what is documented, what is guessed, what is failing. You get a written findings report with a remediation plan, and you are free to act on it with us or without us.
Is a home network really different from a better router?+
In a small flat, no. In a house with thick walls, an outbuilding, a home office that cannot drop a call, or cameras and a car charger competing for one link — yes. Wired backhaul to well-placed access points solves problems no single router will.
Do you supply the hardware, or do we?+
Either. We quote supply-and-install by default because it keeps the warranty in one place, but we are happy to install client-supplied equipment if you have a preferred vendor or existing stock.
What happens if something breaks after handover?+
Installation workmanship is warrantied. Hardware carries its manufacturer warranty, which we administer for you. With a support agreement you get a defined response time; without one, we work on a best-effort call-out basis.
