Battery storage
All-in-one 100 kW / 125 kWh cabinet for sites that need to shave a demand peak or ride through an outage. High-voltage LiFePO4 at 768 V nominal, air-cooled through a circular duct so cells at the top of the rack sit within a few degrees of those at the bottom, with graded isolation interlocking and multi-level fire protection. IP55 and C3 anti-corrosion for a yard or a plant room, grid-tied or islanded, and cabinets parallel for larger schemes.
No datasheet is published for this unit. The specification below is the figure set we build and quote against — ask and we will send the engineering data behind it rather than a marketing sheet.
A quote starts with the site rather than the part number: the incoming supply, the loads that matter, and what has to stay on when the grid goes. Name BH99 in your message so the reply starts from this unit rather than the range — or email us about this unit and the code travels with the subject line.
Specification
These are the engineering figures we quote and build against. Test conditions, tolerances and the full datasheet are available on request — ask, and we will send what exists rather than a marketing sheet.
Specifications may change. Ask for the current engineering data before you design around a figure.
Same line, same discipline, a different size of problem. LiFePO4 packs from a 5 kWh wall unit to a 125 kWh cabinet. Same chemistry, same BMS discipline, three sizes of problem.
The rest of the system
Pack and power electronics share one enclosure, so there is nothing else to specify on the DC side. What the site still needs is the switchgear either side of the unit and the people to put it there.
Pairings are worked out from the published figures on both units — continuous discharge against rated power, the supply phases, and the interfaces they have in common. They are a starting point, not a sign-off: the final combination is confirmed against your incomer and your loads at design stage.
These are reference designs — the system we build for each kind of site, drawn and priced the same way we would draw yours. They are not client case studies: no customer is named on this site and no measured outcome is published against one.
BH99 is built by the same company that measures the incomer, draws the single line, carries the network operator application, installs the system and comes back to it. One accountable chain from cell to commissioning certificate, and one number to ring when something needs looking at.
